Usher Notice of Procedures
To all 36th Street Ushers:
The Safety & Security group for the church has been developing the procedures for the church during the last several months. We have circulated the drafts to all the elders and deacons for comments and suggestions to come up with the best plans for our building safety and security.
The elders met and reviewed the document and gave final approval of these procedures on September 19, 2018.
A copy of these are posted for your information and review. All of us need to read and understand our role as ushers/door greeters and appropriate action to be taken if a situation would occur needing our involvement or intervention. If you would like a copy of the these, please see the church secretary.
Note: We have completed the camera installations and will be working on additional items within the procedures that remain to be completed. These will be completed at the direction of the Security Team coordinator/elders.
