10/40 Window
Greetings in the sweet name of Jesus! We are incredibly grateful for your vital commitment to the Great Commission. You are helping and encouraging lost souls all around the world to read and study God’s word daily. What an incredible gift God has given us! With generous gifts, God blessed us with the addition of the World English Bible to our website in 2023. Now all past, present, and future WEI students will have the wonderful opportunity to read and study their own personal copy of the Bible. Thousands upon thousands and hopefully one day, millions upon millions from every nation in the world will be able read the Bible without fear, harm, or persecution from our website. Now to our God and Father be the glory forever and ever! Amen!
Our Internet ministry continues to explode with new students. Over 17,000 people are registering monthly and 6,000 of them are becoming students. We are on pace to study with over 72,000 students in 2023. We desperately need more teachers! We would love the opportunity to share our WEI ministry with your congregation. Over 2,000 years ago, Jesus told his disciples to go and make disciples of all nations. WEI is totally focused and committed to the Global Effort of the Great Commission. With the help of Google advertising, WEI reaches out every day to all nations! Our awesome God never ceases to amaze us! During this year, God has opened our eyes to target a more needed part of the world who lives in total darkness every day. This area of the world is known as the 10/40 Window. Please read the short description of the 10/40 window below.
10/40 Window
Approximately 5.32 billion individuals are residing in the 10/40 Window. (69.2%) of these people groups are considered unreached and have a population of 3.28 billion. This means approximately 62% of the individuals in the 10/40 Window live in an unreached people group.
The Window forms a band encompassing Saharan and Northern Africa, as well as almost all of Asia (West Asia, Central Asia, South Asia, East Asia and much of Southeast Asia). This area is often called “The Resistant Belt” and includes the majority of the world's Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, Jewish, or atheist. Roughly two-thirds of the world’s population lives in the 10/40 Window.
Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don’t understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God. 2 Corinthians 4:4 NLT
